AT&T officials say the sponsorship extension strengthens the company’s commitment to the San Antonio market. Earlier this year, AT&T announced that it had secured the naming rights of two new Tournament Players Club (TPC) golf courses in San Antonio — the AT&T Oaks Course and AT&T Canyons Course.

It was the first state championship for Marion High School since 1921. State championships aren’t easily attained, obviously, but with the powerhouse golf program evolving in Marion, it won’t be surprising if the next state crown comes more quickly than this one. Are you seriously thrilled given that Tiger is back? I hope he and his family members can put this all behind him and get back to the task of ripping up the the game of golf again. Could he win the Masters … I am kind of doubtful .. although I would under no circumstances turn your back on a tiger, haha.
