Friday, Fairfield police received calls about a man driving a golf cart erratically in the area of Timberline Drive and Silverado Drive in Cordelia. When officers responded to the area, additional witnesses called to report that the man, Douglas Cyr, had a boy in the golf cart with him and had hit a vehicle, causing the boy to fall out of the cart.
