- Search crews have located a plane reported missing Thursday morning. WLKY has learned the plane crashed on Indian Springs Golf Course. The small plane is registered to a corporation in Mingo Iowa. Crews at the scene of the crash are treating one patient however they aren’t saying who that patient is or what condition they are in. The plane was reported missing just before 5am after reporting engine failure and falling off radar.
